Goodbye Dust, a trade name of GPC Services 123 LLC ("we," "us"), provides custom-fit AC filter frames and media, delivered and installed in Miami-Dade County. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website or place an order, why we collect it, and who else touches it.

When you request a quote or place an order through our site, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your service address (to confirm you're in our Miami-Dade County service area and to schedule delivery or an install visit)
• Your AC opening measurements (if self-provided) or your preferred appointment time (if we're measuring in person)
• Payment information, if you complete a purchase — this is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It's cookie-free, can't identify you individually, and doesn't track you across other websites. Beyond that, we don't use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts. We're not collecting anything beyond what's needed to quote, build, and deliver your order, and to see whether our own site is working.

How We Use It

Your information is used to:

• Prepare and confirm your price and order details
• Schedule an in-home measurement or installation visit, if applicable
• Build and deliver your custom frame and filter pads
• Contact you about your order, a refill reminder, or a service issue
• Process payment for your order

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

Who Else Processes Your Information

We're a small local business and rely on a few outside services to run this site and take orders. Each only sees what's necessary to do its specific job:

• A form-processing service — receives and forwards the order request you submit through our quote page
• A payment processor — handles your payment directly; we never see or store your full card number
• A local courier — delivers Basic-plan orders that are shipped rather than hand-delivered; only sees what's needed to make the delivery
• Standard website hosting and security infrastructure — as a normal part of running this site, processes basic web traffic data (like IP addresses)
• A privacy-focused analytics tool — counts page visits in an aggregated, anonymous way so we can tell whether the site is working; it doesn't use cookies, can't identify you individually, and doesn't track you across other websites

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its own systems.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, honor our fit guarantee (where applicable), and maintain basic business records — generally no longer than a few years unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it directly — there's no automated system to navigate.
